Reach and boom information

The JCB 525-60 has a lift capacity 2,500kg with boom retracted and 2,000kg when operating at full height.  The 6m lift height has 750kg capacity at 3.5m forward reach.  For extra strength, the number of joints and stress points across the integrated boom nose and one-piece closing plate have been reduced.

The loadall is prevented from overturning during heavy load handling by JCB’s innovative Adaptive Load Control system.

Site versatility

The JCB EcoMAX engine provides fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics.  Whilst the regenerative hydraulics harnesses gravitational force to reduce excessive revving of the engine.

The telehandler boasts best-in-class fuel efficiency of 5.97 litres per hour.  This is based on over 2.5 million machine hours on farms around the world.

The 525-60 comes with 4WD as standard, offering excellent traction and performance on site.

It has three 4-wheel steering modes:

• Two-wheel steer, which is designed for optimum performance when on the road.
• Four-wheel steer, for maximum manoeuvrability in tight spaces on site.
• Finally, crab steer, to facilitate movement either close to or away from on site obstacles.

When wishing to operate close to obstacles the low height of 1,890mm and narrow width of 1,840mm enables this JCB Loadall to access even the tightest of spots.  With a compact wheelbase and large steering lock angles, tight turning circles, superior manoeuvrability is assured.

Operator comfort

Designed to protect the operator and guard against accidents, a seamless one-piece curved glass screen provides all-around visibility and excellent headroom.  Therefore there is a 14% increase in upward visibility versus previous models.

In addition, the new set of grab handles allows easy access and egress.

The new CommandPlus cab provides operators with a 12% increase in size whilst a 50% reduction in-cab noise to give a best-in-class 69dBA.  As a result of a complete HVAC design, cold mornings have just got more comfortable with 66% better defrost time and a 10% increase in airflow performance.
